Pricing questions

The bits people ask about

Is there an installation charge on top?
No. Installation and equipment are part of the monthly plan. If a site needs unusual civil work — trenching, new poles, a power connection — we tell you that at the survey, before you commit.
Who owns the cameras?
We do, and we maintain them. That is what makes the zero-maintenance promise possible — a fault is our problem to fix, not a bill you receive.
Is there a lock-in?
Terms are agreed in writing before installation. Ask us directly on the call and we will tell you the exact commitment period for your plan rather than leaving it vague.
Can I start small and add zones later?
Yes, and most clients do. Start with the gate and the most exposed side, then add coverage once you see the incident reports.
Do you charge extra when there is an incident?
No. Monitoring, voice warning, escalation and the incident report are all included. Patrol dispatch is included on plans that carry it.
