“Documented, not verbal” is a promise. This is what it looks like. Every incident on a monitored site — including the false alarms — produces a report in this format the same day, with the clip attached. Below is a specimen built on a real clip from our channel.

Timeline

  1. 04:16:52 Detection Motion in zone “Yard — pipe stack”, camera S3MC3. Alert raised to control room with live feed.
  2. 04:16:55 Verified Operator on channel. Two persons confirmed inside the yard at the pipe stacks; not staff, not a scheduled delivery.
  3. 04:17:03 Siren On-site siren triggered from the control room.
  4. 04:17:10 Voice warning Operator addressed the intruders through the yard speaker (in Hindi): “You are under surveillance. Leave the yard immediately. The police are being informed.”
  5. 04:17:18 Evidence Still 1 captured (below). Clip recording marked from 04:16:40.
  6. 04:17:41 Departure Both persons left over the rear boundary wall. No material carried.
  7. 04:18:05 Client informed Site owner called on the registered number; informed that the site was clear and a patrol was on its way.
  8. 04:22:10 Patrol dispatched Nearest patrol unit dispatched to check the perimeter and the rear wall.
  9. 04:41:30 Patrol on site Perimeter walked. Rear wall scuffed at the north-east corner; no cut fencing, no stock displaced.
  10. 04:55:00 Site clear Monitoring returned to normal. Clip exported and attached.
  11. 09:30:00 Report sent This report and the clip sent to the client by WhatsApp and email.

Findings

  • Entry was over the north-east rear wall, the one side of the yard without lighting. The camera covered it; the intruders evidently assumed it did not.
  • The voice warning ended the attempt within 30 seconds of the first movement. No physical intervention was needed.
  • Nothing was taken. The pipe stacks nearest the wall were checked by the patrol against the previous evening’s count.

Actions

  • SPSDetection zone extended 2 m along the rear wall; sensitivity re-tuned for that camera. Done 23 May.
  • SPSVoice-warning script for this site updated to name the pipe stack area specifically.
  • ClientRecommended: one floodlight on the north-east corner (any 50 W LED on the existing supply). Reduces repeat attempts more than any equipment we can add.
  • ClientOptional: file a police complaint with the attached clip. We can provide a stamped copy of this report for it.
